Job Title: Weekend RN Home Health

Overview: Provide in-home healthcare services as a Registered Nurse in North Versailles, PA and surrounding areas, focusing on the management and delivery of patient care plans. This role requires local travel, on-call availability on weekends, and the ability to self-manage time while ensuring quality patient care and timely documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate on patient care plan management and delivery

• Support patients across Western PA and surrounding areas

• Travel to patient locations (~20% of daily time spent driving)

• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Manage personal schedule and meet critical deadlines

Schedule:

• On-call Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm

• Saturday and Sunday coverage of 8 units each day

• Two holidays per year

• Local travel required

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania

• Associate degree or higher in nursing

• Minimum of one year of RN experience

• Experience with clinical documentation, clinical informatics, clinical quality, and electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

• ARC ALS and AHA ACLS certifications

• Ability and willingness to travel locally as required
