Weekend Registered Nurse Hospice Apply

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Support patients in Mount Lebanon, PA and surrounding areas
Meet critical deadlines for charting
Self-manage time and schedule
Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
Schedule: Weekend F/T flexible hours (3-12's is normal, but open to accommodating other scheduled
Travel Local travel required
- Associate degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Hospice (2+ years)
- Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
Are you okay with the required travel for this position
Preferred - Please provide your RN License number.
