• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN
• Location: New Lisbon, WI 5395
• Start Date: 17^th Feb 2025
• Employment Type: 13 weeks Contract
• Shift: Weekends - Saturday & Sunday 6am-6pm, with the potential of picking up longer shifts
• Pay: $43/hr
• Weekly Gross Income: $860.16/week
• Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week
• Charting System: Meditech

• Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator
• Report any change in condition to the charge nurse
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities
• Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required

• New Lisbon, WI 53950 Relocate before starting work (Required)

• 2 professional references. (Recent one should be supervisory.)
