Ironworkers- Welder- Fitter - Nuclear

Requirement to do all parts of the job

Project Assignment 40-60 hours per week - 3 to 4 months

You will report to the onsite Supervisor and Site Manager. This job is 100% onsite in Surry, VA.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Fabrication and installation of pipe, duct, structural steel, pipe and duct supports

Who You Are:

\n
• High School Diploma or GED
\n
• 3 Plus Years of Welding
\n
• Nuclear badge within the last 364 days
\n
• Must Pass the local plant
  \n
  • Nuclear Clearance
  \n
  • Medical & Fitness for Duty
  \n
  • Weld Test Proficiency test
  \n
  \n
\n
• Work in a team
\n
• Read instructions and blueprints when needed
\n
• Welder must have experience stick welding in all positions
\n
• Steel erection experience
\n
• Experience installing Ibeams and Columns
\n
• Laying decking and erecting bar joist
\n
• Must be able to pass nuclear background check and drug test
\n
• Fitters must 3 years of experience as a Pipefitter in an industrial environment.
  \n
  • NCCER+ or other certification
  \n
  • Experience in an industrial construction atmosphere.
  \n
  • Required to successfully complete background check, drug and alcohol screenings
  \n
  \n

• Must be 18 years of age
\n
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
\n
