Job Description:
Elevator Services Group is seeking skilled Welders in the Cape Coral area with 5-10 years of welding and fabrication experience. We're looking for professionals who are meticulous and experienced in interpreting schematics and blueprints. This role requires hands-on work with various metals, focusing on creating high-quality structural components for elevator systems.

• Fabrication and Welding: Perform precise welding tasks to fabricate upper structures, handrails, and other elevator components.
• Jig Building: Build and maintain jigs to facilitate accurate production.
• Machine Operation: Operate drill presses, grinders, and other equipment as needed for fabrication processes.
• Tube Bending: Use tube bending techniques to create structural supports and frameworks.
• Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret and execute project requirements based on schematics and blueprints.

• Experience: 5-10 years of welding experience, particularly in fabrication and metalworking.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Attention to Detail: High degree of precision and quality in metalwork and welding.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials safely.

• Competitive Hourly Rate: $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
