What You’ll Do Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings like a pro. Take accurate measurements and plan layouts for flawless execution. Select the right welding methods and equipment for each project. Prepare components for welding—cutting, grinding, and setting up for success. Weld in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead) using manual or semi-automatic equipment. Inspect and test welds to guarantee strength and quality. Perform repairs and fill gaps when needed. Maintain your tools and keep the workspace safe and organized. What We’re Looking For Proven welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Skilled in TIG, MMA, and other welding techniques. Comfortable using manual and power tools (saws, calipers, squares). Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Steady hands, sharp eyes, and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety standards and commitment to PPE. AWS or other welding certifications? That’s a big plus! Why Join Us?
