Are you interested in Welding? Timpte is looking for a Welder to join our David City, NE Manufacturing Facility. We’re looking for a person to fabricate assemblies and components for trailers using welders, torches, and various other hand tools. Compensation Range Base pay starting at $21/hr, $22/hr after 60 days, up to $25/hr depending on experience. + $3-5k/year annual bonus (paid monthly) and NO WEEKENDS!! Hours Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm plus possible overtime on Fridays. Job Responsibilities Weld assemblies using fixtures and clamps. Setup and operate robotic welders as assigned. Able to use cutting torches and grinders as needed. Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition. Desired Skills, Knowledge, And Qualifications Have the ability to weld aluminum, steel or any other material used in a production environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and trailer schedules. Knowledge to operate welders, torches, hand tools, tape measures, cranes, and other equipment.
