Parallel Employment Group is currently hiring Welders to join our team.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment.

2nd shift: 3pm-11am Monday-Friday

3rd shift: 11pm-7am (Sunday night - Friday morning)

Starting Wage: $19.00-$21.00/hr DOE

Welder Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications
• Set up and operate welding machines and other equipment
• Weld components in various positions using different welding techniques
• Inspect and test welds for quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Welder
• Proficiency in various welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and precision
