Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our Production team in Eloy, AZ. You will be responsible for cutting, bending and preparing rebar to produce cages for reinforcement of our concrete parts.
Job Duties:
- Cut and bend rebar, including but not limited to D3 wire to specific lengths
- Produce templates for the cages to be produced
- Spot-weld cages together both on molds and at workstation
- Operate industrial fork truck
- Operate bender, cutter, and spot welder
- Make minor repairs and adjustments to cages
- Clean workstation and machines used
- Shovel loose materials, including but not limited to metal shavings and wire clippings
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- 6 months to a year of welding experience preferred
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with various welding techniques and machines
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Frequently work near moving mechanical parts
- Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals
- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
- Occasionally loud noise (examples: metal can manufacture, large earth-moving equipment)
- Continually very loud noise (concrete mixers, vibration tables)

- Pay range: $24.00 – $26.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
