Welder/Fitter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 to $30.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday)

• Perform welding and fitting tasks on various metal components.
• Interpret and understand complex engineering drawings, welding symbols, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare metal surfaces for welding, ensuring proper fit-up, alignment, and dimensional accuracy.
• Execute high-quality welds using MIG and TIG processes, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to specifications, performing rework or adjustments as necessary.
• $24-30/hr based on experience
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• 1st shift - 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• 2nd shift - 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Welder/Fitter Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day.
• Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent physical stamina, coordination, and manual dexterity.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG and Stick Processes
• Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and various measuring devices.
• Welding hood and gloves are required
• Must be willing to take a weld test
• 2 years Prior experience in pipefitting or with pipe welding applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
