Our client, an industry leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Welder Fitter to join their team. As a Welder Fitter, you will be part of the industrial operations supporting the production and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00/hour Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Some required Saturday overtime What's the Job? Fit and weld metal parts and components based on blueprints or job specifications Measure, cut, and assemble materials using proper tools and equipment Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass inspections Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures What's Needed? 3 to 4 years of welder‑fitter experience Ability to pass a weld test Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's in it for me?
