Senior Welder / Fitter – Structural & Sheet Metal Fabrication Ixonia, WI Position Overview We are looking for a high-level Welder/Fitter —a true fabricator—who can take ownership of a project from print to finished weldment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in building structural frames and sheet metal assemblies without reliance on fixtures . While we manufacture a defined product line, each build is customized to meet specific customer requirements . This is not repetitive fixture welding —it requires critical thinking, adaptability, and strong fabrication fundamentals on every job. You won’t be standing at a fixture running the same parts all day. You will be building, adjusting, and owning your work .
