We are a hands-on, fabrication-driven company where quality, accountability, and craftsmanship are the foundation of everything we do.Position OverviewWe are looking for a high-level Welder/Fitter—a true fabricator—who can take ownership of a project from print to finished weldment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in building structural frames and sheet metal assemblies without reliance on fixtures.While we manufacture a defined product line, each build is customized to meet specific customer requirements. This is not repetitive fixture welding—it requires critical thinking, adaptability, and strong fabrication fundamentals on every job.You won’t be standing at a fixture running the same parts all day.
