Position: Welder/Fitter
Location: South Point, OH
Schedule: 50–70 hours per week
Compensation: Competitive pay + weekly attendance bonus (local) + per diem for qualified non‐locals

About the Position
We are seeking skilled and motivated Welder/Fitters to join our team in South Point, Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craft, work safely, and can contribute to a fast‐paced industrial environment. Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and ready for consistent overtime.

️ Key Responsibilities
• Perform structural welding using 7018 and 6013 3/16 rods
• Fit, align, and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret drawings, weld symbols, and measurements
• Use cutting torches, grinders, and fabrication tools safely and effectively
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements
• Proven experience as a welder/fitter (industrial or structural preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and layout work accurately
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices
• Must pass required weld tests (including 7018/6013 rod tests)
• Ability to work extended hours (50–70 hours weekly)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
