Job Description Pay: $18-$20/hr (based on experience) Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00PM-11:30PM What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on carbon and mild steel Perform Flux Core welding (preferred) Fit, weld, and assemble structural components Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Install fabricated structures and complete repairs Use grinders, hand tools, and fabrication equipment Inspect welds for quality (no cracks, porosity, defects) Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with occasional field installs What We're Looking For 2+ years hands‑on MIG welding experience Flux Core experience strongly preferred Strong blueprint reading skills (required) Experience fitting and fabricating metal structures Ability to set up and adjust welding machines Safety-focused and reliable Able to stand for long periods in a shop environment Must pass weld test Must bring welding hood and steel‑toe boots If you can read prints, fit accurately, and lay clean structural welds let's talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr
