We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will fabricate both custom and standard components for high-quality service bodies. Our welders take pride in their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to producing a durable, professional product.

• Perform MIG welding on metal components, primarily galvanneal and mild steel

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions

• Utilize fixtures, layout techniques, and accurate tape measurement skills

• Conduct pre-weld and post-weld inspections to ensure quality and specification compliance

• Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet structural and cosmetic standards

• Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with company policies and OSHA guidelines

• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve production processes

• Technical certification or completion of welding school preferred

• 1–3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

• Strong proficiency in MIG welding

• Ability to accurately read blueprints and use a tape measure

• Understanding of welding symbols, tolerances, and fabrication standards

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
