Description

Journeyman level electrician needed for commercial gas station service work in the Sheboygan area. WI Electrical license is required as is a clean driving record. Will have service van. Temp to perm position.

• Must have experience with 3/4" and 1" rigid metal conduit
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and testing
• Diagnose electrical problems and malfunctions and take corrective action
• Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components
• Use precision, maintain and repair instrumentation
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair systems

Requirements

Job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain. Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses at all times). Able to work 8 -12 hours per day, 40+ hours per week, and overtime as required. Includes crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 70 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required. Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers.

• WI Journeyman Electrical card
• Clean driving record
• Ability to travel short term and work on call shifts
• Experience with running and bending conduit
• Must have layout capabilities
• Good attendance and punctuality required
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work from descriptions and blue prints
• Must be hard working and have the drive and determination to complete the task at hand

Pay $30-35 DOE
