This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000–$100,000 and focuses on managing commercial and residential window treatment projects from estimating through installation. The ideal candidate combines estimating expertise with strong project coordination and client-facing skills to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage window treatment projects from bid award through final installation.
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for shades, blinds, and custom window treatments.
• Coordinate installers, vendors, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules.
• Track budgets, change orders, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with clients, designers, and internal teams to manage project scope and expectations.
