Our Support Engineers are part our Team of technical experts: domain specialists who support the sales organization and play a crucial role in defining and explaining our solutions to customers, demonstrating our solutions in pre-sales discussions, executing technical evaluation of client´s requirements and provide technical information and trainings to account managers, Customers and our distributor partners. They solve issues and respond to queries at the customer site or remotely, enable customer´s engineers to understand how the products work and to see how to configure and use them; they help, they train and build true and lasting relationships with them while collecting valuable market/product development information and extending their own commercial insight for the sake of excellence.For this job, we’re looking for a profile more specific: 5G protocol expert, you’ll provide a first-class support service, especially pre-sales service, to a worldwide market leader Customer. Being on site of the Customer, you’ll understand their daily testing challenges and you will bring them your expertise to facilitate their life and make us their preferred Testing Partner. Your mission will cover:the advanced support to the daily usage of our solutions (advanced debugging for instance),the support to the implementation and the integration of the new features of our solutions (training, coaching, support to automation),the support to the permanent technical exchanges between the Customer and our Company, to get the appropriate evolution of our solutions.Being connected to the Support Engineers Team will give you the right technical environment to develop your expertise. But you’ll organize your daily action in collaboration with the Sales management dedicated to this Customer, serving the objectives of business development defined by your Sales colleagues. Based in Munich and being mainly on the site of the Customer, you will occasionally travel in Europe/USA/Japan for trainings and team meetingsKey Responsibilities:Act as the main technical liaison for customer teams using Anritsu wireless test systems.Provide expert-level support, including complex debugging and troubleshooting of 4G/5G device test setups.Analyze and resolve RF, protocol, and system-level issues on-site and remotely.Support pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis, solution definition, and product demonstrations.Lead system setup, feature integration, training, and automation support.Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D and global Anritsu specialists to deliver tailored test strategies.Build strong customer relationships and contribute to business development objectives.To join us in this key role you will need to possess these essentials:Technically qualified, college level or higher regarding Wireless technologiesExperience Wireless standards RF & protocol analysisExperience of Wireless test equipment’s, i.e. network simulator, protocol analyzerExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsBased in Munich with primary presence at the customer siteFluency in English languageWillingness to travel time to timeEasy to communicate with, good listener, good Team player
