You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, configure Workday solutions to meet their needs, and ensure a smooth deployment and implementation.Requirements:4–8 years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with a proven record of successful implementations.Workday Finance certification (R2R) and strong expertise in modules like Business Assets, Banking Settlement, Expenses, Budgets Hands-on experience with full implementation lifecycle including data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.Strong understanding of Workday Finance best practices, business processes, and reporting (calculated fields are a plus).Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.Preferences: Additional certifications in modules such as Business Assets, Banking Settlement, Expenses, Budgets are highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
