Position: Workday HCM Compensation & Benefits Consultant

Location: Troy-Hills, NJ, 07054 (local only)

Remote: Hybrid, Onsite 2 days week required

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Job Description:

The Workday HCM Analyst will provide project support to the People Technology team. They will focus on Workday HCM Compensation, Benefits and Payroll.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of Workday HCM/HR Technology experience
• 4+ years of Compensation and Benefits with Workday HCM
• 2+ years of Workday HCM Payroll experience
• EIB's, Workflows, User Access/Security Access, Functional Solutions, Compensation changes, Approvals, etc.
• Troubleshooting and error diagnosis
• Any Certifications in workday are a plus

Education: At least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
