Duties/Day to Day Overview

Workday Techno-Functional Engineer/Analyst with experience in HCM, Absence and Time Tracking with the following skills:

Workday Fundamentals, Business Processes, Reports (Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) and of course, Extend.

Top Requirements

(Must haves)

• Functional HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Absence and Time Tracking
• Experience as a product owner in the space is very desirable
• Techno Functional experience is needed but building integrations is not necessary
• Deep skills in the module doing functional configurations.

Requirements:

5 + years of experience

Experience in HCM, Absence, time tracking

Workday fundamentals, business process

Reports: Simple, advanced, matrix, composite BIRT

Needs someone who can come in and work autonomously and be a doer--no handholding

Ability to interface with business units (both technical and functional)

Understand how to build integrations, though the emphasis is fine tuning versus building from scratch

(preferred) Workday extend experience

o Extend rolled out in 2020--it's a way to code in Workday without having to change the code line (understand Workday studio and Workday programming language)
