Job description:

We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on delivering successful Workday integrations, with a particular emphasis on HCM Core and Compensation (Core &/or Advanced Comp). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrating Workday with various third-party systems and the ability to develop, implement, and support complex integration solutions. This is a remote position with occasional travel to client sites in NJ and Paris.

Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations, primarily focusing on HCM Core and Compensation modules.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and configure integration solutions to meet those needs.
Support and enhance existing Workday integrations by troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to improve performance.
Ensure successful testing, deployment, and post-deployment support of Workday integrations.
Provide expertise and guidance to clients on integration best practices, data mapping, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Document integration processes, including technical designs, mappings, and troubleshooting steps.
Engage with clients to manage integration scope and support integration-related business needs.

Workday Certification (mandatory).
Solid experience with HCM Core and Compensation (Core & Advanced Comp) modules within Workday.
Experience in integrating Workday with external systems via Workday Studio, EIB, or other integration tools.
Strong knowledge of Workday's integration framework and tools (Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services).
Experience in supporting clients through the entire project lifecycle from analysis and design to post-go-live support.
Familiarity with integration testing, validation, and data mapping.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with global Workday implementations.
Experience in leading or managing integration projects.
Knowledge of additional Workday modules or third-party integrations.
Additional Information:

This role is remote, with potential travel to New Jersey or Paris for client meetings and go-lives.
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
