Workday Integration Specialist – Senior/Lead IT Application Specialist

Workday Integration Specialist (Fintech): Maintaining and enhancing the global Workday platform with an accent on integration development, security governance, and process automation. Focus on building scalable integrations using Workday Studio, managing system security, and optimizing module functionality to support institutional financial operations. Location: Must be based in Manila or Warsaw with a hybrid requirement of two days per week in the office ; EMEA time zone alignment required. What you will do Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio. Manage system roles, security domains, and business process policies to ensure platform governance. Support internal and external audit requirements by executing system tasks and ensuring compliance. Configure AI-driven features and UI enhancements to improve automation and user experience. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Participate in bi-yearly Workday release cycles to assess and adopt new platform functionality. Requirements Hands‑on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs. Ability to work in the EMEA time zone. Fluency in English for cross‑functional collaboration. Prior experience with Workday security domains and business process configuration. Workday Pro certification is highly preferred.
