Job Title: Workday Prodcut Owner

Job Description:

• Role is for a very senior leader EL5 and above who can define Strategy, bring operations teams together, set up governance processes, Advice CIO's, work with multiple departments.
• This role is basically of a Product owner role and will need to travel to client side location on a weekly bi-weekly basis.
• The Workday Product Owner will be responsible for driving the strategic development and optimization of Workday applications across the enterprise.
• In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders from HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, define product features, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the successful delivery of Workday solutions that meet business needs.
• This role requires a strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem, a deep knowledge of business processes, and an ability to balance technical feasibility with user experience.
