Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Workday Talent Developer to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a techno-functional role that requires a deep understanding of both the business side and the technical aspects of Workday Talent Management. The ideal candidate will be someone who can support the development, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Talent modules while collaborating closely with business and technical teams. You will play a key role in configuring and optimizing Workday to meet talent management needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Workday Talent Management modules (Talent, Performance, Succession Planning) to ensure alignment with business objectives and processes.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday.
  • Customize and configure Workday Talent solutions to meet the needs of the business, ensuring seamless functionality and efficient user experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system changes and enhancements, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and processes.
  • Assist in the testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Workday Talent configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Support end-users by providing technical assistance and resolving system-related issues.
  • Participate in user training and create documentation for the developed solutions to ensure proper system utilization.
  • Keep up to date with Workday product updates and industry trends, proactively identifying new features that can improve functionality and efficiency.
  • Occasional travel to client sites (NJ and/or Paris) for workshops, meetings, or system support.

Qualifications:

  • Workday Certification (Workday Talent Management or related certification) is required.
  • Hands-on experience developing and configuring Workday Talent modules, including Talent, Performance, Succession Planning, and other related components.
  • Strong technical understanding of Workday, with the ability to develop and implement solutions that address business needs.
  • Experience working with HR and IT teams to configure and optimize Workday Talent solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with business processes in talent management, performance evaluations, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20% travel, including NJ and/or Paris).
