Workday Techno functional - Integration Experience 5-10 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Workday integrations for external system data exchange (both inbound and outbound).Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs in Workday for third-party systems.Utilize Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connect, and Workday Web Services to implement integrations.Collaborate with external system teams (Coupa, CTX) to define API specifications, data mappings, and business rules.Implement proper authentication, authorization, and data security in all integrations.Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, error handling, and reliability.Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation for all integrations. Required Skills & ExperienceHands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connect, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).Strong understanding of Workday security roles, calculated fields, business processes, and workflows.Experience integrating Workday with ERP or third-party systems (Coupa, CTX, or procurement systems). Middleware or integration platform experience: Informatica Cloud, or Workday Cloud Connect.
