Workday / UKG IT ERP Coordinator
Candidate experience and related skillsets include strong experience with a SaaS ERP implementation, preferably Workday (HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain), as well as experience with a Workforce Management (WFM) system implementation. In addition, knowledge in the following areas is required:
- Understanding Waterfall and Agile / Scrum methodologies used in ERP implementations
- Proficiency in ticketing and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project, Jira).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
The IT ERP Implementation Coordinator will be responsible to:
Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within budget constraints.
- Schedule, facilitate and document project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Document and follow up on action items and key decisions for team meetings.
- Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the implementation process.
- Maintain the RAIDQ (Risk, Actions, Issues, Decisions and Questions) throughout the implementation and post go-live.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external vendors.
- Assist in preparing infrastructure for the new ERP and WFM systems.
- Support user testing and acceptance activities.
- Update project plans for Workday and UKG implementations, managing timelines, milestones, and resources.
- Support the project team in the communication of change management plans.
- Assist with user communication and adoption efforts.
- Provide ongoing support to users after system implementation.
- Track and assist with post-implementation issue resolution as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Workday implementation projects.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- SaaS implementation experience is required, and UKG experience is a plus.
