Position The Workforce Management Administrator is responsible for the administration, implementation, management, training, and monitoring of Advanced Scheduling for Community Team Members of PSL's Life Plan Communities. This includes monitoring of actual performance of hours worked compared to budget plans and setting expectations regarding variable hours requirements according to census and need. EXPERIENCE Prior experience managing team member schedules in a healthcare environment preferred, with additional knowledge demonstrating understanding of current time and attendance rules Knowledge demonstrating understanding of the Fair Labor Standards Act Familiarity with staffing requirements for regulatory purposes for skilled nursing, assisted living, personal care and other ancillary departments Ability to demonstrate experience with computer-based information management systems, with preference toward time and attendance or payroll experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the PSL system Administrator for advanced scheduling within the Workforce Management (WFM) system Create and maintain instructions for the WFM platform for all end users Responsible for assuring master schedules are created and maintained by all PSL team members Participate with other departments through implementation and maintenance of WFM Train Community team members on use and compliance of WFM Manage setup of advance scheduling for areas such as budget HPPD, FTE, Par Levels and Agency Understanding, teaching, and managing reporting Attend operation meetings including Labor Management to present training and updates Provide continued education for team members regarding WFM #J-18808-Ljbffr
