WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Senior Implementation Manager. As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will lead a team of professional consultants and project managers to support the implementation process for new clients. You will carry the WorkForce Software (WFS) relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between WorkForce’s largest clients and our industry‑leading HR solutions. Your focus will be on building relationships with clients, seamlessly implementing our technologies, and ensuring contractual responsibilities and timelines are met for complex projects of all sizes. Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong retention, satisfaction, and long‑term partnership growth. Act as a strategic partner to clients, aligning solutions with business goals to increase adoption and realized value. Provide escalation management and resolution leadership for client delivery concerns. Lead client governance discussions that proactively address risks, identify growth opportunities, and reinforce account stability. Collaborate with teams on Statements of Work and change orders, ensuring accurate scoping, profitability, and margin optimization. Communicate effectively and diplomatically to achieve support while implementing change initiatives. Build a high‑performing, engaged team culture through coaching, development, and performance management. Monitor and manage billable utilization, labor mix, and delivery costs to protect and improve margins while meeting contractual commitments. What you’ll succeed in this role 10+ years of people management, strong business acumen, and experience collaborating with external clients. 10+ years of people management and project management orientation with enterprise software implementations. Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred. Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies. Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel. Flexible hybrid model – 3 days in the office at our locations in Milton Keynes, Bristol, Cheadle, or Staines. Bonus points for these Industry expertise that informs each client’s solution and best‑practice application. Proactive initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes. Process orientation and high attention to detail. Experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry and/or knowledge of time and attendance platforms.
