In this role, you'll:Assist the Regional Director and the Leadership Team of Customer Success MEE at SAP Business Transformation Management incl. the solution SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX in day-to-day businessSupport on long-term strategies to improve customer impact, outcome, processes and best practicesManage your own projects to assist the regional teamCreate, prepare and analyze reports on team metrics in CRM software and using AI capabilitiesWorking on customer success assets e. g. workshops, guidelines to provide a better success play to our customersWhat you bring:Student (f/m/d) at an university or an university of applied sciences, preferred in the first semester of a master studiesPreferred fields of study: Business Administration, Innovation and Digital business and ManagementComputer skills: Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office products and AI capabilitiesLanguage skills: Fluent in German and EnglishSoft skills: Taking initiative, team player, expert in organizing, creative, staying curious, perseveres, like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learningOthers: First experiences in customer facing areas and roles ideally in post-sales, sophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers/strategy of customers business, Project management skillsIn the Customer Success Team of SAP Business Transformation Management we are following a full collaborative working mode also across functions. We see mistakes as part of our innovation culture and we always focus on the TOP 3 goals we would like to reach in our doing. We are a MEE global team with team members all over Germany, Switzerland and Austria.Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
