InfraHire is hiring for Workover Operator in TX location.

- Operate workover rig and oversee rig up/down operations
- Supervise and manage crew members, including transportation to and from job sites using a company vehicle
- Conduct equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning of all machinery
- Perform tubing and plugging operations as required
- Collaborate with company representatives and maintain effective communication
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and promote a safe work environment
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in daily tasks
- Work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Utilize knowledge and skills related to workover processes
- Prior experience in oil and gas operations is considered an asset
