Rig Operator Primary Responsibilities include ensuring all crew members are at the rig and prepared to work at the scheduled time, being knowledgeable how to set and release down hole tools, operating the rig and equipment as requested by the company, maintaining productivity standards for all rig functions, ensuring quality products and services are provided to the customer, complying with all safety procedures and ensuring a safe working environment, ensuring efficient maintenance of assigned rig and equipment, and establishing and maintaining a positive work environment for a rig crew. Rig Operator Job Requirements Knowledgeable how to set and release down hole tools, 5+ years of double triple rig experience, 5+ years of double pole experience, experience entails Pulling Unit, Derrickhand, operator experience in the oilfield, valid driver licenses Class A CDL **Required**, any other heavy equipment licenses or certifications preferred.
