We're seeking a driven, mission-oriented Wound Care Sales Rep to join our expanding team. You’ll be the frontline catalyst for connecting clinicians, providers, and healthcare systems with cutting-edge wound care products and solutions that actually change lives. Responsibilities:
Own your territory like a boss—develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, SNFs, outpatient clinics, and physician offices
Drive product adoption by demonstrating clinical efficacy, reimbursement knowledge, and outcome-based selling strategies
Educate and influence wound care nurses, podiatrists, vascular surgeons, and purchasing teams with data-backed solutions
Hit and exceed targets—monthly, quarterly, annually. Your metrics are your badge of honor
Partner with clinical teams for in-servicing, trials, and wound rounds
Navigate formulary decisions, handle objections with grace, and close deals with confidence
Stay sharp—track competitor moves, policy shifts, and market trends
Log CRM activity like your commission depends on it—because it does
Qualifications:
2+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in wound care, dermatology, or surgical
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we value grit and results over letters
Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement in the wound care space
Excellent communication, storytelling, and follow-up skills
Self-starter with a "get it done" mindset—no hand-holding needed
Willingness to travel across your assigned region (car = mobile HQ)
Bonus If You Have:
Clinical wound care experience (WOCN, RN, DPM) or worked directly with wound clinics
Experience selling to ACOs, IDNs, or VA systems
Familiarity with EMR systems, referral workflows, or remote patient monitoring
