We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential care to patients in a long-term care facility. This contract position offers night shifts, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility support. The role may require floating between two floors, based on staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help patients with mobility, repositioning, and transferring as needed.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of care provided.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Follow facility protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients.
- May float between two floors as needed to support patient care.
- Shift: Nights (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 48 hours per week
- Overtime: Available after 48 hours, paid at an all-inclusive rate + $10
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of CNA experience, preferably in a long-term care or similar setting.
- Certifications Required: BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- State License: Must be an active CNA in the state of Wyoming.
- Bilingual: Not required
- Holiday Coverage: Must be available to work on holidays.
- Rate: $32.00 per hour (All-inclusive)
- Holiday Rate: All-inclusive rate + $10
- Overtime: All-inclusive rate + $10 after 48 hours worked
- On-Call: Not required

- Travel Policy: A 100-mile radius rule applies; candidates must live outside of a 100-mile radius from the facility.
- Incidentals: No incidentals are provided by the facility.
- Agency Fees: A fee will be charged if the traveler fails to start on time (except for licensure issues).
