Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) unit for the night shift. The position will involve working across two floors, with potential for floating between them. The role includes performing standard nursing duties specific to LTC care within a Person-Centered Care (PCC) environment. There is no additional charge rate as LPNs/RNs are assigned to their respective units.

Requirements:

• BLS/BCLS Certification
• Must adhere to the 100-mile radius rule (travelers must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility).
• Timely Start Required: Any traveler who does not start on time will incur a fee (as per the contract), except for licensure issues.

Compensation:

• Facility Rate: $46.00 per hour (all-inclusive)
• Overtime Rate: All-inclusive rate + $7after 40 hours per week
• Holiday Rate: All-inclusive rate + $7
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Call/Call Back: No call required

Additional Information:

• The facility will not accept 1099 contractors.
