Shift Notes: 6:30A 5:00P (10 Hour Varied Days) / (40 Hour Guarantee)

Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd / 5:30 pm Friday to 6:30 am Monday

On-Call Requirements: As needed, 5:00 pm to 6:30 am

COVID-19/FLU Requirement: Covid Vaccine - Required

Traveler Policy: na

10-bed hospital

4 bed ER.

Patient population: Newborn-Geriatric

Trauma Level: IV

EMR: Medworx

Dress code: Business casual, white lab coat

• Analyzes samples of blood, tissue, and body fluids to determine chemical content, cell count, drug levels or blood type; may also search for specific microorganisms like bacteria or parasites.
• Provides information for patient diagnosis and treatment by performing laboratory tests.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed.
• May require walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day.
• Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or Lifting as required.

• 2 years of current experience - Required
• ASCP Certification (Verification MUST be included with submission) - Required
• Rural experience - Preferred
• Phlebotomy experience - Highly preferred
• Prior travel experience - Preferred

• BLS (AHA)
