Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled LCSW to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical social work services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering counseling to individuals and families. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle sensitive situations with care, and a commitment to patient advocacy and support.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' psychosocial needs and challenges.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support mental health and wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in electronic health record systems, such as Epic or Meditech.
• Advocate for patients' needs and connect them with community resources and services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an LCSW in a clinical setting.
• Experience in providing mental health services, including therapy and crisis intervention.
• Must have completed two years of clinical experience within the last 3 years.

Requirements

• Active Wyoming LCSW license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
