Yard Operations Manager - JOS2024 TX
Starting Base Salary: $80 - 90K

Summary
The Operations Yard Manager would oversee all receiving, production and shipping building materials for the entire state of Texas.
The successful candidate will also manage the continued startup of new yards within the market territory, ensure that all yards are compliant with the Regional and Federal regulations for Transportation and Safety.

Responsibilities
- Conduct audit inventory status and supply chain usages
- Support internal and local leadership promoting order accuracy
- Effectively communicates with Customers and Operations Leadership
- Work with the sales team to prevent order issues and provide resolution to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with HR Department and Safety team to ensure all concerns are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements
- Ability to anticipate, analyze and proactively solve problems, with focus on innovation and finding solutions
- Extensive Lumber or Construction is preferred, with 3 to 5 years of experience in the same industry
- Strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented with strong accuracy
- Experience in prioritizing tasks on conflicting customer demands.
- Proven record in accomplishment of problem-solving skills
