Keller Inc., a reputable Design/Build General Contractor, is offering a Youth Apprenticeship opportunity in our Steel Shop. This position will allow you to gain hands-on experience and work alongside our skilled team.

Responsibilities

• Assist team with welding and fabrication of raw materials
• Unload material and verify shipment is complete
• Operate several types of machinery and hand tools - welders, oxy/acet torch, pipebenders, forklift, band saw, etc.
• Assist with parts inventory management and organization
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Enrolled in a high school youth apprenticeship program in the welding or construction field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
