Youth Mentor Volunteer - Build Confidence & Growth

CarePath Family Initiative is seeking dedicated volunteer mentors to support youth ages 5–18 in Greater Boston. As a CarePath Mentor, you will build a consistent, trusting relationship with a young person — meeting regularly to provide guidance, encouragement, and positive reinforcement as they navigate school, family, and personal challenges. What You’ll Do Meet with your mentee 2–4 times per month (in-person or virtual) Participate in structured activities and goal-setting sessions Attend mentor orientation and ongoing training provided by CarePath Communicate regularly with your CarePath program coordinator Who We’re Looking For Adults 18+ with a genuine commitment to youth development Reliable, patient, and culturally responsive Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months Must pass a background check Why Volunteer with CarePath?
