At , we believe that every child is an athlete full of potential. We are looking to hire energetic, fun-loving, and reliable Soccer Coaches who show up as their best selves and teach our soccer curriculum to toddlers and kids ages 1-11 throughout the East Bay.

Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, nanny, camper or leader). This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

Our ideal Coach candidate understands the importance of the following:

  • Providing Individual attention & support to our players
  • Using a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free
  • Using positive reinforcement to build self-confidence, improve soccers skills and celebrate success
  • Humility - our players have the best time when our coaches are out there having fun, being silly and executing the soccer curriculum with ease.

What you'll learn playing sports from us:

  • How to make young kids smile!
  • How to find your own leadership style
  • How to lead sports activities
  • How to make a difference in the lives of others

Requirements

What we expect from you

  • An upbeat, fun attitude
  • An enjoyment for playing soccer or another sport is a plus!
  • Any previous experience coaching, teaching or leading kids activities - and the passion for doing it even more!
  • A feeling that you can make a real impact on your community by working with kids
  • Availability to work on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and any additional availability to coach classes on weekdays, too

Benefits

  • This part-time role has a starting rate of $20-$30 per hour (depending on experience) and allows you the flexibility to set your preferred schedule!
  • Coach referral program of $100 for every coach you recommend that stays 60 days
