Snaprecruit Rewards Program

Please review and accept the terms to activate your rewards

1. Program Overview

The Snaprecruit Rewards Program (“Program”) allows eligible users to earn reward credits (“Rewards”) by participating in qualifying activities on the Snaprecruit platform, including but not limited to:

Uploading a current resume — earn $5.00 in reward credits
Referring new users who complete registration — earn $1.00 per successful referral
Searching for jobs and engaging with the platform

Rewards are redeemable for Amazon E-Gift Cards once the minimum redemption threshold is met.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must: (a) have a registered Snaprecruit account in good standing; (b) be located in the United States; (c) provide accurate and truthful information; and (d) comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

3. At-Will Program

Important: The Snaprecruit Rewards Program is an at-will program offered by Snaprecruit at its sole discretion. Snaprecruit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to reward amounts, eligible activities, redemption options, and program terms.

4. Reward Credits & Redemption

Reward credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Snaprecruit reserves the right to adjust, void, or revoke credits earned through fraudulent, abusive, or ineligible activity.
Minimum redemption thresholds apply and may be changed at Snaprecruit’s discretion.

5. Supply Chain & Fulfillment

Notice: Reward fulfillment (including gift card delivery) may involve third-party vendors, payment processors, and supply chain partners. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that Snaprecruit shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, or issues arising from third-party supply chain operations, including but not limited to gift card availability, delivery timing, or third-party vendor errors.

6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

By accepting these terms, you agree that:

Snaprecruit’s total liability under the Program shall not exceed the value of rewards earned in your account.
You waive the right to bring any legal action, claim, or lawsuit against Snaprecruit, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates, in connection with any issues, disputes, or grievances arising from the Rewards Program, including but not limited to reward fulfillment, supply chain disruptions, program changes, or account-related matters.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits related to this Program.

7. Account Conduct

Creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, submitting fraudulent referrals, or engaging in any activity intended to abuse the Program will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earned rewards.

8. Privacy

Your participation in the Program is subject to Snaprecruit’s Privacy Policy. Activity data related to reward earning may be collected and processed as described therein.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
