Big Picture:
Our client needs to migrate workloads off of their cloud instance over to their brand new VCF on VxRail HCI environment.
Project Description:
The Engineers would work offsetting hours (2 shifts: 8a 5p and 5p to 1a PST) to queue up the various workloads. There will be between 700-800 migrations or 420TB of data.
The need is for Sr. DC Engineers who have experience with VMware HCX and have performed workload migrations leveraging this tool before.
Total hours needed for each Engineer is currently tallied at 264 hours. This may scale up a bit or scale down a bit as we work out final details.
Approx 10 weeks duration will extend.
