Career path to $90,000+ base salary via the BCBA certification pathway.
Serving communities across the South Los Angeles region including Lynwood, Compton, Huntington Park, and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification, preferred
At least one year of experience providing clinical program management (under the supervision of a BCBA)
Position is subject to fingerprinting, TB test, pre‑employment physical exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV; these will be paid for during onboarding
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation: $30.00 – $35.25 per hour (based on experience, skills, and geography)
Bonus: attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunities (earn $35,000+ in first three years)
Monthly billable expectation: 120–130 hours
Growth: full support and clear opportunities to advance into BCBA, Sr. BCBA, and Director roles
Benefits: 13 days off annually between holidays including one floating holiday and PTO accruing from Day 1; health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid short‑term disability
Study support: training to help you pass the BCBA exam, monthly CEUs and an annual in‑house conference
Onboarding: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3–4 weeks; clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments; weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed
Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday flexibility in the mornings, mid‑day, and afternoons up to 6:30 pm; two to three evenings per week until 8:30 pm (with extra pay); no expectation of Saturday work unless requested

What You’ll Be Doing
Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under a BCBA’s guidance
Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and offer coaching and clinical support to enhance service quality
Ensure clients receive full clinical prescriptions, maintain accurate records of billable hours, and deliver timely progress reports and treatment plans
Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embrace new challenges, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain flexible to manage a dynamic caseload
Support staff productivity, assist in performance evaluations, and provide crucial support to parents and technicians during urgent situations
