Responsibilities of the Acquisitions Manager:
Source and screen potential company acquisition projects & develop equity broker relationships and pipelines
Enhance business relationships with developers for ongoing deal-flow scaling
Evaluate & analyze multiple project opportunities simultaneously
Perform due diligence, underwriting, submitting LOIs, calculating NOI, drafting purchase agreements
Daily tracking and relationship management with sponsors & brokers
Lead project financial structuring, excel modeling integration and respectively finalizing the terms with sponsors
Monitoring projects until full closing across departments and milestone
Qualifications of the Acquisitions Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Admin (Preferred)
Retail/ Office/ Industrial experience (Preferred)
3 years demonstrated experience with real state acquisitions
Strong negotiation skills and analytical abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop long term strategic relationships with sponsors/developers/brokers
Self-motivated, organized, and highly skilled with time management
Advanced knowledge of underwriting and financial modeling
