Job Description

Triage Partners is seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Headquarters operations.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, enjoys supporting executive leadership, and takes pride in maintaining organization, efficiency, and professionalism.


The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to the CFO by managing schedules, preparing business documents, coordinating meetings, assisting with purchasing and vendor needs, maintaining records, and supporting daily corporate operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, dependable, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.This is a full-time Monday-Friday in-office position for an individual who enjoys being a key administrative resource supporting the CFO and corporate team.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CFO, including calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and executive support
  • Manage confidential financial, operational, and company information with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, meeting materials, and business documents
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite daily, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-up items, and leadership communications
  • Assist with expense tracking, purchasing requests, invoices, receipts, and administrative documentation
  • Maintain organized vendor records, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), compliance documentation, and company files
  • Coordinate office operations including supplies, conference rooms, mail, shipping, deliveries, and vendor services
  • Support internal departments with administrative needs and business requests
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Maintain a professional and organized corporate office environment


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recent administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office administration experience within the last 5 years
  • Experience supporting a CFO, VP, Director, or senior leadership team preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and creating professional business documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional presence
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Experience with invoices, purchasing, vendor coordination, or office operations preferred
  • Experience in telecommunications, construction, engineering, utilities, or other operations-driven industries is a plus
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
