We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Managing office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Greet and assist clients, vendors, and other visitors.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Create and review client invoices, utilizing hours and expense details.
  • Provide support in the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain updated employee records.
  • Manage Employee Benefits
  • Assist with the coordination of office social events.
  • Other duties as requested and assigned.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in an office administrative role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • QuickBooks Online experience preferred.
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with employees, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and any other visitors.
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day.
  • Interpersonal skills to create a welcoming experience for all employees and visitors.
  • Experience coordinating meetings/events.


Salary

The anticipated range is $45,000-$60,000.
Salary is competitive and actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
