What You'll Own Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities.
Manage and develop a team of five accounting professionals.
Partner with senior finance leadership on accounting strategy, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
Ensure financial statements are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Develop and enhance accounting policies, controls, and procedures.
Drive automation and efficiency initiatives across accounting operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support business growth and financial performance.
Assist with acquisition integration activities and evolving accounting requirements within a PE-backed environment.
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA required.
Public Accounting experience required.
Progressive accounting leadership experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience managing accounting teams and developing talent.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience utilizing AI tools, including Claude, to enhance productivity, reporting, or finance operations is a plus.
