Position Overview The Associate Construction Project Manager – Data Center Substation supports the planning and execution of high‑voltage substation projects serving data center campuses and utility interconnections . This position partners closely with Project Managers, field supervision, engineers, and clients to manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality throughout all project phases. This is a hands‑on, field‑focused role designed for professionals looking to grow their careers in construction project management within the data center power and electrical infrastructure sector . Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to job cost tracking or construction estimating software preferred Interest or experience in data center, substation, power delivery, or electrical construction projects Strong organizational, documentation, and time‑management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced construction environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel nationwide and work onsite for extended project durations Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Desire to learn, take initiative, and grow into increasing project leadership responsibility Join a company that powers progress.
